Classics Box

Do you enjoy cooking a variety of cuts of meat? We do! The Classics Box is a bundle of our across-the-board, all-time favorite classic beef cuts. Many different meals are possible – quick and easy, or low and slow… so get out your favorite recipes or try new things with this box.

If you love to cook, repeating the same meals over and over can get old. This Classics Box will give you a selection to keep your menu planning fresh and seasonal, but still have what you need for your favorite meals. From steak, to burgers, casseroles, stew, ribs, and soups, this box has you covered! The Classics box comes in Medium and Large box sizes.

The CLASSICS – Small Box Includes:

• 1 pack Steak (1.5lbs, approximately 2 steaks)
• 1 Roast (approximately 3lbs)
• 2- 1lb packs of Ground Beef
• 1 pack Stew Meat
• 1 pack Brats or Hot Dogs (please specify preference, Brats flavors include: Smoked Dakota, Cheddarwurst, Spicy Mozzarella, and Smoked Pineapple)
• 2 packs Soup Bone or Short Ribs (please specify preference)
• Approximately 10.7lbs of beef

The CLASSICS – Medium Box Includes:

• 2 packs Steak (3lbs, approximately 4 steaks)
• 1 Roast (3 – 3.5lbs)
• 3- 1lb packs of Ground Beef
• 1 pack Stew Meat
• 2 packs Brats or Hot Dogs (please specify preference, Brats flavors include: Smoked Dakota, Cheddarwurst, Spicy Mozzarella, and Smoked Pineapple)
