Classics Box

Do you enjoy cooking a variety of cuts of meat? We do! The Classics Box is a bundle of our across-the-board favorite beef cuts. Many different meals are possible, so get out your favorite recipes or try new things with this box.

CLASSICS – Small Box:

• 1 pack Steak (1.5lbs, approx. 2 steaks)
• 1 Roast (3 – 3.5lbs)
• 3lbs Ground Beef (in 1lb packages)
• 1 pack Stew Meat (in 1lb packages)
• 1 pack Brats or Hot Dogs*
• 2 packs Soup Bone or Short Ribs**
• Approx. 10.7lbs of beef

CLASSICS – Medium Box:

• 2 packs Steak (3lbs, approx. 4 steaks)
• 1 Roast (3 – 3.5lbs)
• 3lbs Ground Beef (in 1lb packages)
• 1 pack Stew Meat (in 1lb packages)
• 2 packs Brats or Hot Dogs*
• 2 packs Soup Bone or Short Ribs**
• Approx. 14.5lbs of beef

CLASSICS – Large Box:

• 3 packs Steak (4.5lbs, approx. 6 steaks)
• 1 Roast (3 – 3.5lbs)
• 4lbs Ground Beef (in 1lb packages)
• 2 packs Stew Meat (in 1lb packages)
• 4 packs Brats or Hot Dogs*
• 2 packs Soup Bone or Short Ribs**
• Approx. 20lbs of beef

We use a variety of steak cuts to total the represented total steak weight in each box. Steak cuts include: Ribeye, Tenderloin, New York Strip, Chuck, Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, and Flat Iron. Premium steaks are included in each box.

If you like to cook, repeating the same meals over and over can get old. This Classics Box will give you a selection to keep your menu planning fresh and seasonal, but still have what you need for your favorite meals. From steak, to burgers, casseroles, stew, ribs, and soups, this box has you covered!

*Brats and Hot Dogs:

• Please specify your preference, brats or hotdogs, or a mix of both
• Brats and Hot Dogs are all-beef and skinless
• Brat flavors: Smoked Dakota, Cheddarwurst, Jalapeño Cheddar, and Smoked Pineapple
• If ordering Brats, please specify your preference for brat flavors in order notes

**Soup Bone and Short Ribs:

• Packages of 2 Short Ribs, or 2 Soup Bones
• Soup Bones and Short Ribs weights vary around 2lb packages
