Interested in trying out Cowboy Prime beef? Give this box a try! Our Sample Pack contains a selection of our cuts, the basic favorites of most red-meat fans out there.
- 1 pack Steak (1.5lbs, approx. 2 steaks)
- 3lbs Ground Beef (in 1lb packages)
- 1 pack Hot Dogs (4 per pack, approx. 12oz pack)
- 1 pack Brats* (4 per pack, approx. 1-lb pack)
- 1 pack Stew Meat (in 1lb packages)
- Approx. 6.5lbs of beef
Box Contains:
We use a variety of steak cuts to total the represented total steak weight in each box. Steak cuts include: Ribeye, Tenderloin, New York Strip, Chuck, Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, and Flat Iron. Premium steaks are included in each box.
Brats and Hot Dogs are all-beef and skinless.
*Brats:
- Brat flavors: Smoked Dakota, Cheddarwurst, Jalapeño Cheddar, and Smoked Pineapple
- Please specify your preference for Brat flavors in order notes
