Beef Short Ribs are delicious and easy.
I overcomplicated Short Ribs for so many years, and recently found that our favorite way to cook them is so simple. We salt and pepper generously and bake in a covered baking dish with about a cup of water at 350F until they are falling apart and tender, and starting to brown and crisp on the surfaces. They don’t need much water, and their juices release in cooking, but be sure to keep checking on them so they don’t dry out. Serve plain, with any dipping sauce, or chop up for tacos. The best!
