Box Contains:
We use a variety of steak cuts to total the represented total steak weight in each box. Steak cuts include: Ribeye, Tenderloin, New York Strip, Chuck, Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, and Flat Iron. Premium steaks are included in each box.
With the Premium Box, you will get a selection of our favorite roasts, steaks, and ground beef. The wonderful flavor of these cuts will shine through simply with good salt and pepper. Try our favorite Redmond Real Salt, it’s what we use to cook every steak at our house. We think it goes to show that when you have wonderful flavor, less is more. Enjoy knowing these cuts are some of the best, straight from our ranch to your table.
